Day 3 of 40

January 31, 2018 • Top Picks, Life

It has been said that Mondays are dreadful, back at it, time to grind and all those other sayings and or feelings that come along with Mondays. Well, for me life has always been different. I have never truly had normal Mondays. I suppose when you love what you do everyday is a work day. Day 3 of 40 is Monday January 29th 2018.

Normal day of creating, working out and sharing my craft with anyone who is willing to spare time to watch.  I have been seeing a personal trainer in Scottsdale, Arizona for the past 2 months now. Nathan is so amazing, truly one of the most educated trainers in his field and I’ve seen major changes in my body and transformation. For those who don’t know I have always struggled with my weight and building muscle was just never something I thought I could do. It’s time to change all that. I’m certainly not getting any younger.

I see Nathen 3 times a week Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Its been amazing and I can’t wait to see where I will be in 6 months from today! Don’t you worry Nathen… my arms will be bigger than yours here in a bit… 😂

As I continue to document my 40 days I will share more about my weight-loss journey and how I’ve lost over 130 pounds. Mondays are always a good reminder to stay on track and focus on your goals. Make the changes that need to be made to create the life you want, and make amazing happen!

Later in the day I went live on my RG Studio 360 page with a fun FREE download and tutorial. If you like to create gifts and treats for the holidays come check out my my facebook page so you too can download these super cute images for Valentine’s fun!

Always looking for ways that will bring value into the lives of my people. Maybe it’s ideas like these… maybe it’s a message of love but no matter what it always needs to be positive and of value. Day 3 of 40, Thank you!
